PEER REVIEW PROCESS
COURT REVIEW: Jurnal Penelitian Hukum, e-ISSN: 2776-1916, published by Aksiologi, Community of Research Laboratory (KELOMOPOK KOMUNITAS LABORATORIUM PENELITIAN), as a media for publication and dissemination of research results and scientific works in the field of Law. Research articles submitted to this online journal will be subject to double-blind peer-review (both reviewers and authors remain anonymous to each other) by at least 2 (two) reviewers. Accepted research articles will be available online after the journal's peer-review process. The language used in this journal is Indonesian.
For Plagiarism checking, the Editor of COURT REVIEW: Jurnal Penelitian Hukum will manually filter plagiarism (offline and online databases) in the Title, Abstract, and Body Text of the manuscript, and by using plagiarism detection software (Unplag and Crosscheck). If there is an indication of plagiarism, the editor will immediately reject the manuscript.
Review Process:
1. The editor receives the manuscript from the author;
2. The editor evaluates the manuscript (objectives and scope of the journal, in-house style, supplementary data); (Rejected if not meeting the criteria)
3. Manually screened by the editor for plagiarism on offline and online databases; (Rejected if major plagiarism is found, the author is contacted if redundancy or minor plagiarism is found for clarification)
4. The editor sends the manuscript to the reviewer along with the review form (double-blind review, both reviewers and authors remain anonymous to each other);
5. The reviewer resubmits the review form to the Editor (with the revised manuscript if necessary);
6. Editor's decision (rejected, requires major revision, requires minor revision, or accepted);
7. Confirmation to the Author.
8. If there is a revision, the author revises the manuscript, and must be returned to the editor without delay. Returned more than three months will be considered as a new submission.
