PUBLICATION ETHICS
Code of ethics that must be fulfilled by authors who will publish their scientific articles in the COURT REVIEW, e-ISSN: 2776-1916 Journal:
a. Authors must uphold scientific behavior in understanding the benefits/advantages and risks of published papers.
b. Published articles are free from disgraceful acts, including Fabrication (fabrication), data falsification (falsification), and plagiarism/automatic plagiarism.
c. Authors are required to include adequate citations in all statements, ideas, and data, which are not the results of their research.
d. Articles published in their field of science are following or relevant to the scientific field of the COURT REVIEW Journal, namely Law.
e. Published articles do not cause conflict with certain parties or have the potential to anger the public.
f. The authors listed in the published articles are those who are competent and have made significant contributions in writing the articles.
g. The author does not double publish articles to be published (double manuscript submission) to other journals or publications, simultaneously (simultaneously)
h. Part of the entire published article has not been published in other publications.
i. The published articles are the results of research, ideas, or original thoughts of the author.
