Abstract

The poem "BUKAN PUISI IBU" by Tin'S portrays the emotional tensions and disharmony within a family, focusing on the relationships between the mother, father, and children. Through strong symbolism, the poem conveys feelings of emptiness, confusion, and powerlessness in an imperfect household. This article aims to analyze the poem using structuralism and literary psychology approaches, focusing on symbols such as "stone," "home," "mother," and "father." The analysis also considers the social and psychological context within fractured family relationships. The results of the analysis reveal that the poem reflects emotional fragmentation within the family, which affects the development of children's self-identity and offers insights into the importance of communication and emotional engagement within the family.
