A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW AND BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF TRANSACTIONAL LEADERSHIP

Tujuan dari tinjauan literatur sistematis ini adalah untuk meringkas beberapa studi yang dipublikasikan tentang topik gaya kepemimpinan. gaya kepemimpinan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transaksional memiliki ciri khas antara reward yang diberikan pemimpin dengan peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional hubungannya dengan kinerja karyawan dan kreativitas karyawan dengan metode PRISMA dan bibliometric sebagai Teknik analisis data. 30 artikel digunakan sebagai bahan analisis melalui database jurnal Emerald Insight periode 2017-2022. Hasilnya, gaya kpemimpinan transaksional dapat dikombinasikan dengan kepemimpinan otentik. Kepemimpinan transaksional juga memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan inerja karyawan.
