Abstract

To determine the relationship between work motivation and employee performance. The research method is quantitative research with a correlational research type. The research subjects are employees in the city of Surabaya. This research instrument uses the work motivation scale and employee performance scale. Work motivation scale with 6 indicators and 18 scale items. Employee performance scale with 2 indicators and 20 scale items. The data analysis technique is simple correlation analysis. The result of this research is that there is a significant positive relationship between work motivation and employee performance.
