Abstract
This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the GROW Coaching training and habituation program in improving the coaching skills of junior leaders of a company. This research with a training and habituation intervention design was attended by 36 participants at the superintendent level who directly led their work team. The pre-test is given to the superintendent's subordinates to assess the coaching abilities of their superiors. After training for participants, habituation is carried out in the form of intensive assignments for 1 month with direct feedback to participants. After that, a similar post-test was given to the participant's subordinates. Furthermore, the results of the comparison of pre-test and post-test values were given to participants as feedback. The effectiveness of this intervention was tested using Wilcoxon analysis with SPSS version 22 which produced a p-value of 0.000 (p-value <0.005), which means that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores. Thus, it can be concluded that the GROW Coaching intervention and habituation program is stated to be very effective in improving the coaching ability of the company's junior leaders.
