Organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan: Menguji peranan persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi

Organizational citizhenship Behavior adalah sebagai bentuk inisiatif individu atau sukarela yang melebihi harapan sebagai perilaku opsional yang bukan bagian dari tugas pekerjaan formal seseorang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan Organizational citizhenship Behavior pada karyawan CV.Z Surabaya. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional, dengan jumlah subyek 50 orang dan peneliti mengambil subyek dari CV.Z Surabaya. Pemilihan subyek menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan korelasi Spearman Brown menunjukkan harga rho = 0,762 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,01), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara variabel presepsi dukungan organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan CV.Z Surabaya. Artinya semakin tinggi presepsi karyawan mengenai dukungan organisasi maka semakin tinggi pula Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan. Sebaliknya semakin rendah presepsi karyawan terhadap dukungan organisasi maka semakin rendah pula Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan.
Organizational citizenship behavior is a form of individual or voluntary initiative that exceeds expectations as an optional behavior that is not part of one's formal job duties. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and Organizational citizenship behavior among CV.Z Surabaya employees. Researchers used quantitative research that is correlational, with a total of 50 subjects and researchers took subjects from CV.Z Surabaya. Selection of subjects using purposive sampling technique.
Based on the results of data analysis using the Spearman Brown correlation, it shows the price of rho = 0.762 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01), so it can be concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between the perceived variable of organizational support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in CV employees .Z Surabaya. This means that the higher the employee's perception of organizational support, the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees. On the other hand, the lower the employee's perception of organizational support, the lower the employee's Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
