Abstract

Abstract

Purna Paskibraka Indonesia Palangka Raya City is a youth organization that acts as a forum for the mental development of youth with an initial coaching period for new members. However, during this period only less than half of the original members were active in the organization's activities. The level of attendance and activity is one indication that shows the level of one's commitment to the organization, one of which is in terms of effectiveness. Affective commitment in organizations can be influenced by member self-regulation and cohesiveness. This study aims to determine: the relationship between self-regulation and cohesiveness with affective commitment; The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained a significant value in the relationship between Self-Regulation (X1) and Cohesiveness (X2) simultaneously with Affective Commitment (Y) of 0.000 <0.01 and f_count value 52.598 > f_table 3.08, which means there is a relationship between regulation self and cohesiveness with affective commitment
