Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between affective commitment and job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT. Sari Tani Benih Mulia. This research uses quantitative methods with a scale distribution in data collection. The research subjects were employees of PT. Sari Tani Benih Mulia. The number of subjects was as many as 71 people. The scale used is a measurement tool from Allen & Meyer, namely the affective commitment scale. The job satisfaction scale uses a measuring tool from Spector;s and an organizational citizenship behavior scale use a measuring tool from Organ. Research data were analyzed using the Spearman Rho correlation test. The hypothesis put forward in this study is accepted that there is a relationship between affective commitment and organizational citizenship behavior and there is also a relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. The level of affective commitment and job satisfaction can affect the level of organizational citizenship behavior. The higher affective commitment and job satisfaction can be followed by higher Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
