Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to explain the simultaneous and partial relationship between grit and organizational climate with innovative work behavior in banking marketing employees. The number of subject is 165 mantri at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia which is under the auspices of the Jombang branch office. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study simultaneously obtained results p = 0.000 (p <0.05) so that it is very significant in the direction of a positive relationship between grit and organizational climate with innovative work behavior. Furthermore, a partial value of p = 0.690 (p> 0.05) was obtained, indicating an insignificant relationship between grit and innovative work behavior. The next results found that partially obtained p = 0.000 (p <0.05) so it is very significant with a positive relationship between grit and organizational climate.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan secara simultan dan parsial pada grit dan iklim organisasi dengan innovative work behavior pada karyawan marketing perbankan. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah mantri PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia yang berada dinaungan kantor cabang jombang sejumlah 165 orang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara simultan diperoleh hasil nilai p = 0,000 (p<0,05) sehingga sangat signifikan dengan arah hubungan positif antara grit dan iklim organisasi dengan innovative work behavior. Selanjutnya secara parsial diiperoleh nilai p = 0,690 (p>0,05) sehingga menunjukan hubungan yang tidak signifikan antara grit dengan innovative work behavior. Selanjutnya secara parsial diperoleh p = 0,000 (p<0,05) sehingga sangat signifikan sangat signifikan dengan arah hubungan positif antara grit dengan iklim organisasi.
