Kinerja perawat: Bagaimana peranan motivasi dan self-efficacy?

Abstract
This study was conducted to analyze the effect of motivation on performance, the effect of self-efficacy on performance, and the effect of motivation, self-efficacy simultaneously on performance. The use of these variables is based on theoretical studies and the results of previous studies and is expected to solve the problem of improving nurse performance.
The sample of this study were nurses at the General Hospital GMIM Bethesda Tomohon, amounting to 64 people. This study uses statistics as a data analysis tool, namely inferential statistics with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics version 22. The results show that motivation, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at Gmim Bethesda Tomohon General Hospital, either partially or simultaneously.
Partially the effect of motivation on nurse performance is 55.4%, the effect of self-efficacy on nurse performance is 43.8%, while simultaneously motivation, self-efficacy affects nurse performance by 86.3%
This empirical finding indicates that, in order to improve the performance of nurses at Gmim Bethesda Tomohon General Hospital, motivation and self-efficacy must be strengthened. Because with the increase in these factors, automatically the performance of nurses in particular and the quality of service at Gmim Bethesda Tomohon General Hospital will increase.
