Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam sektor pemerintahan menuntut kesiapan sumber daya manusia dalam mengadopsi teknologi baru, termasuk Artificial Intelligence (AI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan pegawai dalam mengadopsi AI berdasarkan kompetensi digital dan dukungan organisasi di Dinas PUPR & PERA Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap tiga orang informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital pegawai berada pada tingkat cukup namun belum merata, terutama dalam pemanfaatan teknologi AI. Dukungan organisasi dinilai masih belum optimal, terutama dalam hal pelatihan dan kebijakan implementasi AI. Meskipun demikian, pegawai menunjukkan sikap positif terhadap penggunaan AI. Secara keseluruhan, kesiapan pegawai berada pada kategori sedang dengan potensi berkembang melalui peningkatan kompetensi dan dukungan organisasi.
